Dr. Charles Parke
Dr. Charles Parke, MD is the Medical Director of Seneca Healthcare Physical Medicine.
Dr. Parke received his Bachelor of Science (B.S) from Andhra University in India along with his Doctor of Medicine (M.D). He is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine, and the American Society of Hypertension. He also speaks four languages.
In Dr. Parke‚Äôs spare time, he enjoys playing with his grandkids and dogs. He has also visited 18 different countries for missionary work and traveled the world 22 times. Dr. Parke has been in practice for over 50 years and has seen it all but loves to see most of all people healthy and full of life.
Dr. Michael Pickens
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Michael Pickens decided to become a chiropractor after being a chiropractic patient himself. After receiving outstanding care, he decided he wanted to help people get out of pain, perform better in sports and other physical activities, and be healthier overall.
Dr. Pickens enjoys seeing his patients improve their quality of life through chiropractic medicine. Chiropractic is a natural therapy that benefits the nervous system. What Dr. Pickens loves most about being a chiropractor is seeing his patients get off medication and become more active. He believes it is so rewarding to teach people how to take responsibility for their health through nutrition, exercising, stretching, and chiropractic care. For Dr. Pickens, it is his goal to help people get healthy, naturally ‚Äď without the use of drugs or surgery. Dr. Pickens is passionate about serving his community, and he is thankful every day that he has been given the opportunity to help others.
Registered Nurse Practitioner
Diane Peele was born in Ft. Carson, CO while her father was in the U.S. Army. Shortly after her father retired, they moved to James Island SC where she grew up. A few years after graduating high school, she joined the U.S Army and then spent time in the South Carolina Air National Guard. She then pursued nursing where she gained experience in Med-Surg, Critical Care, and OR Prep and Recovery nursing.
Diane has received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain College of Nursing.¬ She is Board Certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center and currently holds certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).Diane also has an Associate‚Äôs Degree in Criminal Justice.
In her spare time, Diane enjoys working out, staying active, and spending time with her husband and two children.
LaShaun has proudly worked in the medical field for 10 years. She is a certified Health Coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a graduate of TriCounty Technical College where she studied for an Associate degree in Business.
LaShaun is a strong advocate for the study of Epigenetics, which states how you live your life has a remarkable influence on your level of health and gene expression. She loves helping people understand there are better ways to improve their health, naturally and the power to your health is in your hands.
In her time away from work she enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband, two dogs and the newest member of her family, her nephew Jase, that she and her husband are in the process of adopting.
